Failure to make your monthly hosting payment or cancellation of our service will result in immediate service interruption and stoppage of software updates including website backups. Acme web agency will not be held responsible for content lost due to technical issues and will not be responsible for restoration for your website or content that is no longer being backed up due to lack of payment and is lost due to service stoppage and or technical issues that may arise.

If you sign up for a website design package, such as our “car dealer website” package, the offer is only valid while you are subscribed to ONE of OUR SEO PLANS, failure to pay for the SEO package you choose will result in immediate suspension of your website that we created for you at an extremely discounted price!

We do not guarantee first page rankings and believe any company doing so is acting unethically.
